Service department is incredibly unhelpful. We had our car break down under warranty and it was undrivable. I was told they couldn't even look at it for several weeks and would only accept the car at the dealership closer to the appointment. So basically the car needs to be towed to a safe location to wait to be towed again to the dealership.
Horrible customer service when purchasing a car. I've had to make multiple phone calls, send emails, and texts and NO response regarding paying off my old car and not one person has ever contacted me regarding this. It took them over 1 month to pay it off according to the credit union the car was financed thru. Luckily I love my car but would never go thru this buying experience again with them. Still waiting on update of title to new car purchase.

The dealership was great. The 2023 cars are so awesome! They have fair markups for their cars as well. Quick and easy process with friendly employees - Moe was my salesman. He was professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Be sure to READ the fine print of everything before you sign things as people are not perfect and may overlook the technicalities of the various documents they require you to sign. I had a minor issue with the finance department, but the quickly remedied the situation. Thanks for the new car, guys - I appreciate it!
Called and texted with this dealership the day before to buy specific new car and had an appointment set to put money down. Dealership sold the car and didn't give me a heads up before I drove 45 min to sign the paperwork. Dealership also doesn't post final prices posted on their vehicles. Asked for 2-3k extra for the vehicle before telling me they already sold it. Very disappointed with the smoke and mirrors show

Was going in to put money down on a vehicle that was in transit, therefore there was no way to be shown the vehicle before signing the paperwork to hold the vehicle. I used "sold" and "reserved for purchase" interchangeably which might have confused the dealership. It doesn't seem uncommon for in demand cars to be sold/reserved for purchase before arriving as this was the second vehicle I spoke to the dealership about that had been reserved for purchase sight unseen in a single week.
Easiest car purchase I ever had. I picked the vehicle and made an inquiry from their website. Salesman Mike Serrano contacted me within minutes. I drove to the dealership and the vehicle was upfront. We discussed finances and Mike came up with a better plan than I expected. I asked not to be bothered with the extended warranty sales pitch and my wish was honored.
I was out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Since I drove by myself, Mike was kind enough to deliver the car to my house.
The vehicle was a surprise for my wife. She was super excited when she got home. She got the white Tucson she wanted for a while.
